Make the template yours.
You already picked a compatible template of mine. I apply your colors, fonts, and logo, plus a handful of small changes you can name, so the workbook looks like something your company made. It's $1,000 flat and takes 5 business days, all async, so no calls.
One compatible Big Excel Energy template you already chose.
Your brand applied, plus a handful of small changes you can name.
Counted from approval and payment, not from the form.
✓This is for you if…
- You're starting from one of my templates. You already have one of my templates, or you're about to, and want it dressed in your brand.
- You have a usable brand reference.A company website, logo, slide, or brand guide is enough to start. I'll ask for the right asset after fit is confirmed.
- Your changes are small and named.Brand application, renamed sections, small formatting changes, and a couple of concrete setup requests.
- Your data already fits the template.Your numbers can drop into the existing structure pretty much as they are.
- You want async, focused work.No calls, no meetings, no open-ended revision cycles.
×Do not proceed if…
- You want a brand-new template. That's a larger engagement, so get in touch about it instead.
- Your data needs heavy reshaping.Light layout adjustments to fit your structure are fine. Cleaning, merging, or transforming messy multi-source data into something usable is a separate, larger job.
- You don't have a template picked. If you haven't chosen which of my templates to start from, do that first. I can't customize what isn't selected.
- You don't have brand assets yet.If your brand isn't defined and you can't share colors, fonts, or a logo, there's nothing to apply. Come back when you have something to work from.
- You need formula, automation, or data work.VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, formula debugging, dashboards rebuilt from your data pipeline - none of that is in scope here.
- You need procurement, NDAs, vendor onboarding, or security review. All fine, all real, all bigger than a $1k engagement.
See if it fits
No files, data export, or brand package needed yet. Tell me which template, where I can see your brand, and what you want changed.
If it fits, I'll ask for exactly what I need. If not, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
You're all set.
Your customization request has been submitted.
I'll review what you sent and let you know within 1-3 business days whether it's a fit and what the next step is. Keep an eye on the email address you provided.

Still have some questions?
What's included in Brand + Setup?
Your colors, fonts, and logo applied to one of my existing templates, plus the small changes you listed, like renamed sections or formatting tweaks. It doesn't include new logic, data cleanup, automation, or a redesign. The one requirement people miss: your data needs to already fit the template's structure.
What's not included?
New designs. I'm customizing an existing template, so no from-scratch builds, no full redesigns, and no changes to the core structure. Same goes for formula and technical work: VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, automation, data pipelines, or heavy data cleanup and transformation. If your data needs serious reshaping before it can go in, that's a separate, larger job.
Do I need to have already chosen the template?
Yes, though you can ask before buying it. Tell me which template you're planning to use and I'll confirm it's compatible. The $1,000 is separate from the template price.
What do I need to send?
Just the form to start: the template name, a link to your brand, and the changes you want. A short, specific list beats a vague "make it match our brand." Files and assets come only after I confirm the fit.
What if I can't share real or sensitive data?
Strip out anything confidential, sensitive, or regulated first. If you can't share real numbers, send a dummy dataset with the same columns and field types. I build around that structure and you drop the real data in afterward.
What happens after I submit the form?
Nothing is due with the form. I review each request first and only take on customizations that are a genuine fit for this offer. If it's a fit, I'll send an invoice, do the work after payment, and send it over for your approval.
If it isn't, usually because it's really a new build or heavier data work, I'll tell you what it actually needs.
Do I get to review the work before it's final?
Yes. Once it's done I send it over for approval. This isn't an open-ended revision cycle, the review is a check that I did what you asked. If something's off against what you submitted, I'll fix it.
Can you adjust the template to fit my data structure?
Only in genuinely light ways, like renaming a field or adjusting some formatting. Rebuilding the data table, changing the calculations, or reshaping the template around a different data model is a bigger job, and I'll tell you that before anything is paid.
Can we get on a call?
No, and honestly the no-calls rule is a big part of what keeps this fast and $1,000. Everything happens over email.
If your project really needs calls, it needs a bigger engagement than this one.
What if I need an NDA, vendor onboarding, or procurement paperwork?
I keep this one lightweight on purpose, that's a big part of why it can cost $1,000. That paperwork belongs in a larger consulting engagement. Worth doing sometimes, just not for a template job.
